WASATCH BREW DINNER WITH BREWMASTER MATT BEAMER AND CHEF MICHAEL JEWELL ON SEPTEMBER 16 AT MacCOOL'S: Join us on Thursday, September 16, at 6:45 at MacCool's in Foothill Village (1400 South Foothill Drive #166 R Salt Lake City, Utah 84108) for a special dinner paired with Wasatch Beers. Brewmaster Matt Beamer and Chef Michael Jewell (chef at Wasatch Brew Pub) will provide a five course menu, including Spiced Pumpkin Cappuccino Soup paired with Wasatch Pumpkin Ale, PEI Mussels paired with Wasatch Hefe, Rack of Pork paired with Wasatch Autumn Bock, Autumn Sorbet paired with Wasatch Apricot Hefe, and Smores paired with Brewmaster Matt's Chocolate Raspberry Porter. This new beer from Squatters is one of the most aggressive beers ever released in Utah! Take Squatters award winning India Pale Ale and feed it steroids - clocking in at 85 IBU's and 9% alcohol - it is not for the faint of heart. We use three different malts to create enough flavor to perfectly
